If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
This applies only to genuine product defects — not to device limitations or unsupported software.
6. No Refunds for Compatibility Issues
By purchasing a Digital Product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
