5.2 Account Profile

Your account may include a display name and an optional profile photo. Profile photos can only be uploaded from your device’s gallery; we do not access your camera. You may also post product reviews.

5.3 Guest Checkout

You may purchase digital products without creating an account. In this case, download links will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Guest purchases are not stored in an account unless you later create one using the same email address.

5.4 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately at support@ks-tumanova.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials if such use results from your failure to maintain account security.

5.5 Account Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

When you delete your account:

• your profile and account data are removed within 30 days;
• you lose access to previously purchased Digital Products;
• your purchases remain in our financial records for legal compliance (e.g., tax).

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Each individual may maintain only one personal account on the Website.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a license described in the End-User License Agreement (EULA). You do not acquire ownership of the product, only a limited right to use it under the terms of that EULA.

6.9 No Resale or Redistribution

7.1 Digital Delivery Only

All products sold through the Website are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. After your payment is successfully processed, your products will be delivered either:

• via an automatic download link sent to your email, or
• through your Account dashboard (if you created an account before or during checkout).

If you check out as a guest, the download link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

7.2 Delivery Time

7.3 Download Access

If you have an account, your purchased files remain available in your Account dashboard for as long as the account exists.

If you checked out as a guest, you must keep your download email for future access.

We may occasionally update products (bug fixes, improved versions). When we do, we may provide upgraded files to existing customers at our discretion. We are not responsible for lost download emails caused by typos or email provider issues.

7.4 Download Limits and Reasonable Use

For security and anti-fraud purposes, download attempts may be rate-limited or monitored. Excessive or suspicious download activity may trigger temporary access restrictions. If you need additional download attempts due to technical issues, contact us and we will assist you.

7.5 Compatibility and System Requirements

Digital Products are provided in widely used industry-standard file formats (for example: .brushset, .abr, .tpl, .png, .zip). Compatibility depends on your hardware, operating system, and the version of the software you use.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software can open and use the purchased files.

We do not guarantee compatibility with:

• modified systems, beta versions, or custom device configurations,

7.6 No Responsibility for Third-Party Issues

We are not responsible for download failures caused by: your internet connection, browser settings or device limitations, third-party email providers blocking or filtering messages, storage limits on your device, software bugs in the applications you use to open files.

From time to time, we may update Digital Products to fix issues or improve performance. We may provide free access to updated versions to customers who previously purchased the product, but this is not guaranteed and may vary by product.

9.2 Restrictions

• create derivative brush sets or digital assets based on our Products;

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time. If we cannot resolve the matter within 60 days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution.

If you reside in the United States, any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Website, or any purchases, will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not in court.

• No class actions or class arbitrations;
• Each party covers its own legal costs;
• Arbitration will be administered under the rules applicable in the State of Wyoming.

Arbitration does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

If you reside outside the United States, disputes may be brought only in the courts of the State of Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
